Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Shame on my vet for recommending this faux "insurance"! The most costly, and they pay out NOTHING! Submitted a claim for exactly what this phony company supposedly insures, only to have my claim denied. Don't waste your time or money on this scam.

Better options elsewhere
Really just doesn’t cover all that much. I pay for the wellness and preventative coverage option, but nothing is ever reimbursed. There are other pet insurance companies out there that have much better wellness reimbursements.

Absolutely enraged
Absolutely enraged. I got pet insurance with fetch some 5-6 years ago. My policy had a monthly payment of $80ish, which I felt was high at the time but I paid it anyways for peace of mind.. bad on me for not keeping up with looking at how much I was being charged through the years. I just blindly let it hit my credit card every month without paying any mind to it, because again, it’s a necessity.. WELL I just realized that the cost for my policy has MORE THAN DOUBLED since I initially got it. Just shy of $200 has been debited from my card every month. My dog is in exceptionally good health.. I have never made a single claim.. I am sickened. That’s more than my bloody car insurance a month!! Absolute crooks.

Customer Service is very helpful!
I needed to submit a Wellness Claim but it would not go thru. I was trying to submit two instances - a dental cleaning and a rabies vaccine. DUH, they needed to be submitted separately. The lady who helped me was very kind - and she also lives in the area of the vet I took my dogs to!
