Fetch Performance to Date…
We started with Fetch about 6 months ago. Processing a claim is simple and reasonably quick. Direct deposit of funds is available for a quick refund. Lastly, automatic deductions are available from my account. We have processed 3 claims so far and the process, again, was simple and quick.

I bought and I paid for a pet insurance…
I bought and I paid for a pet insurance policy and a wellness one as well as illness. I was told it was gonna be 2802 per month. They took out more than that. They took out double payment and they only refund it one now they say they never got no payment and they will not refund my money and they tell me my dog is not covered. I am very pissed off, this is not how you treat customers

No hassle wellness benefits
So far, this pet insurance has been great. I've only used it for wellness benefits (thankfully!) and they paid out pretty quickly. The text updates let me know what stage of the process my claim was in. I only deducted a star because I feel like the processing fee on my monthly payment was hidden in the policy jargon; the "taxes and fees included" apparently doesn't include a fee if you pay monthly.

DO NOT get a policy here!!
I purchased a puppy from someone off of Facebook. I purchased the platinum coverage from Spot insurance to also cover well visits. I took my puppy to the Vet and uploaded the Vet's note and itemized bill. Spot insurance gave me the run around and DID NOT pay for shots, anal gland expression because of scooting bottom on the floor and 1 Vetadryl (benedryl) for sneezing, runny nose, and scratching herself. I received an email stating Spot ins was requesting more records and I called Spot ins and informed them that this was the first appointment she has had and was questioned as to why she needed bendryl which was a $1.00 charge, and why her anal gland expression was done for $29.95. Customer service at Spot told me they put a note in about my call and I assumed my puppies visit was going towards my deductible at that time. I received another email requesting previous Vet appointment notes and I called again and customer service informed me that I uploaded everything and Spot ins contacted my Vet and they submitted the same information I did and my claim would be flagged for Spot ins to pay and he could see everything and they did not need anything else. I received another email stating they could not process my claim without additional Vet notes which this was the FIRST Vet appointment. I ended up calling for a third time this morning and got no answers and requested Spot ins cancel my policy. I should be fully refunded for the year because I paid up front. It should not be retroactive because Spot ins put me through hell and back!! It took 3 calls and aggravation to get nowhere with Spot insurance. I wish I would have had this knowledge prior to buying my policy.
