Never had a claim paid and wish we’d never gotten insurance
Our premium has jumped to almost $300 per month. We’ve paid an insane amount over the years to not have a single claim ever covered. No phone number to call, just emails back and forth. Wish very much that we had never gotten insurance.

I have 3 dogs - only one has Pet's Best - so just because I can compare I will say that Pets Best is very slow at processing claims in comparison to my other insurance. Watching a lot of money sit on your credit card while they process the claim is a little stressful- I filed immediately the day of the incident and its been 25 days - they finally processed the claim and state what the reimbursement is but I am waiting on the deposit - with my other dogs when filing I have the money back in my account under 5 days. I have had no problems though as far as the claims process that has been fine overall.

I worked my way through the computer application without lots of problems. I am not a Geek. My husband of near 50 years was a computer guy. He died of a heart attack, and my Cavalier of 17 1/2 years passed, thus the new puppy!
