George - As per the policy we do require medical records for all enrolled pets in order to process claims, including a copy of the required enrollment examination. Once full records are received (typically we ask for them when you file your first few claims) we will keep them on file for future claims processing. The records you provided were line item records. These do not note any detailed information about the visits and cannot be used for processing. If we receive the needed documentation, we can process your claim.

I stopped $feeding$ these guys some time ago but just dropped by to see if still for every bad (REAL) review, team of TP posts bunch of glorious (BS) reviews! Yup - still do! Speaking of stock, during pandemic, it went up but their dumb shareholders thought because of pandemic which caused more and more Pet Parents, they would keep them. But reality is these vultures -> gang of Vets + pet insurance companies take advantage of our feelings toward our beloved furry family members and rob us! So, many cats and dogs ended up back in shelters, or released in some parks far away from their homes - and the rest like myself decided to open a saving account just for my dogs and emergency matters. UPDATE: Response to TrustPilot's nonsense request: I am NOT going to share any more personal information that you are entitled to. Meaning, NO phone numbers. Real name and email address has already been used to register. Response to Trupanion: Look up my name within your records and 10s of emails asking me to continue wasting my money when clearly nothing would ever be covered because of some imaginary pre-existing conditions due to couple of vets's confusions. They offered to correct their errors but guaranteed TP wouldn't care! You also did not inform me about my dog's health records / history received from any of our vets. When complained it, your agents acted surprised, however, confirmed and blamed their "systems" for error! Obviously, it would help us plan accordingly based on what would be covered or not! Next -> your LONG list of vets on your web site who accept to get paid by TP directly? I contacted 10+ randomly chosen from your list. They all told me YES they would have no problem filing my claims with TP, however, they expect customers to pay in advance and did not want the trouble of dealing with TP!

Great Pet Insurance
I never thought that I would have to use insurance on a pet but here I am!!! My beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer and I was so fortunate that I had taken out insurance on her. Embrace Pet Insurance so far had been absolutely fantastic. Claims are easy to file and I have the money in my account in a matter of days. I have talked to a representative several times and they have always been so kind and caring and had complete knowledge of their insurance.

After 17 years, our premium triples to $10,000
We have had Embrace Insurance for our dog, Hugo, since he was 6 months old. I have been very pleased with the coverage for 17 YEARS until this past week when I received his Renewal of Policy. The premium of the policy has increased from $3,000 a year to $10,000 a year. Hugo is 17.5 years old. Because of his age Hugo is not a candidate for surgery (anesthesia) or any invasive procedure. This is a coward's way of cancelling us. We are being penalized for taking such good care of Hugo and the fact that he is a Geriatric dog. The explanation is that TOO MANY PET OWNERS IN SEATTLE HAVE PET INSURANCE!!
