Extremely happy with the service provided by Health Paws Insurance!! They have always been very quick to process our claims. Most recently, our dog's surgery had a claim and funds processed within 48 hours. The business operations seem solid, and the team reached out to check in on my dog after surgery. Highly recommend!

Best decision I've made for my pets
Insuring my cats with Spot Insurance was one of the best decisions I've made. It is a seamless process to submit a claim and within a few days, they deposit the funds into my bank account. In these days of crazy high veterinary costs, it's essential to insure your pets as it can be very stressful when they get sick and the last thing you want is to have to make decisions based on what you can afford.

Trupanion is awesome!
We have had Trupanion for 14years. For 13years we mostly needed coverage for routine issues and were satisfied but never overjoyed with reimbursements. However, that all changed when our beloved cat contracted lymphoma nasal tumor and a benign brain tumor. He has begun chemotherapy and prednisone and has undergone expensive, extensive testing as well. Trupanion has really stepped up to help us immensely, covering a surprisingly large portion of the cost. We are so thankful and appreciative that we can provide the care our pet Nicky deserves. Thank you Trupanion, we are customers for life.

They've been great!
Many Pets has been great! My young energetic dog finds herself in some tricky situations, and I'm very grateful that Many Pets has been there to help with the cost of vet visits. They really do a great job handling claims. I had Nationwide for my five-year-old dog, but they raised the rates to 1 1/2 times what I had been paying, so i had to drop the policy. I just hope that Many Pets continues to keep up their great coverage and service with reasonable rates.

First time having pet insurance and I…
First time having pet insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for an office visit. I told the lady at the vet that we had insurance and they could charge the insurance because they were able to do it. My spouse was the one to bring my dog in and they told him that he had to pay $70. when I called they said that Trupanion I told them that I did not have office visits on my plan. I called myself, and Trupanion told me that I did and I had to three way the people so they could tell them while I was on the phone. First off I did not like the tone of the lady I talked to at Trupanion. Her name was Megan and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help too much. Bad first visit I’m not sure if I wanna keep this insurance or not. My schedule is pretty busy so I can’t come back for a refund. They have to send me a refund back to my house I shouldn’t have had to go through all that trouble. Then have somebody talk to me like they were annoyed and didn’t want to help.

Do not recommend FETch
If I can give this pet insurance - 0 I would,their promise to reimbursement 2 days, I sumit a claim since November 29 and barely got respond. I did not feel value as a customer, did not feel they had sense of urgency to review my claim, long story short I ended cancel my insurance for my 2 dogs due to the negative experience with fetch. Why would I want to continue with them if they do not take pride in keep their promise.
