Have been extremely happy going with Fetch
Have been extremely happy going with Fetch’s pet insurance. They are thorough and fair and have yet to have a single dispute with them with any claims I have made. Every claim has been resolved in a timely fashion and I love how they keep me updated with each claim no matter how small or big the claim is.

Very poor communication
We emailed the enrollment email twice over multiple weeks with a few questions that we wanted to clarify before signing up. We never heard from anyone. The only way we received any info whatsoever was through a 3rd party insurance rep.
