I understood that wellness is totally separate. I wish that more people knew that at a certain age of their pet sime things are not covered & that pre existing illnesses are NOT covered ALTHOUGH when I read the info it stated after 18 mo it would!

My 5 year old chocolate lab Lucy had TPLO surgery after a cruciate tear to her knee. I have had the accident only policy for about 5 years. My policy has a $250.00 reducible and 90% pay. The claim was easy to file online and they were easy to speak to by phone. My claim was processed very quickly and I had my reimbursement in about 5 days after filing it. I am so glad I had this coverage and am very happy with this company.
Would Recommend
I had a 5k surgery done. Although initially there was resistance to cover it fully, but an appeal helped me get full coverage for my cat’s surgery. Their claim process is quick and thorough. I’m glad I purchased Embrace insurance.

This is first time having insurance on our pet. Our breeder, Springdale Labradoodles extended 1 month of free insurance for our new puppy. The Trupanion representative did a superior job explaining the policy & coverage, etc. We signed up immediately with a great monthly rate. This was a NO brainer for us as we spent $15000 in 2023/2024 on our beloved 13 year old Toy Poodle. She passed away on 2-17-24. 😢

I love embrace but…….
I love embrace but this claim was the first injury claim I’ve ever submitted, and it took a longgggggggg time to process! And it also was stuck in the step of checking history ? Well didnt you already do that? It was super frustrating to me! Also when then send you explanation of benefits PLEASE give us LAMENT terms WTH Im already frustrated with waiting 3.5 weeks to be reimbursed now I don’t want to be guessing on if his 6000 surgery will be covered? And spend more time on hold then 3-4weeks more to get reimbursed for that
