I got fetch insurance last year for my cat, after an accident he had (vomiting and diarrhea - which he did a through examination and nothing was found. He also did some precautionary treatment) A year later, again he has some vomiting and diarrhea (since basically that’s the main starting issue with the cats) and the insurance does not cover it since it’s a continuous issue. If no disease were found and all precautionary treatment were done, how this can be a continuous issue? Seems like for any issue with the same symptoms, my cat won’t be covered! Cause it’s a continuous issue.

Quick easy claim process! We went through a really traumatic accident with our puppy and knowing we had Spot insurance gave us peace of mind to say yes to the necessary surgery. I would recommend to everyone to get insurance for your pets!

Claims super easy to submit and get reimbursed
We had to take our 8 month old golden puppy to the emergency vet, she ended up having to stay there over night which was so scary and hard. Spot made it so incredibly easy to submit our claims and we got both our reimbursements within a week. So incredibly thankful it was such an easy process!

The registration process was very good
The registration process was very good. First time I had insurance on my pet. Was very lucky I never needed it before for the other pets. I am sure glad we decided to get insurance for Sabrina. The lady that registered Sabrina was excellent. Made the right choice for this insurance company.

This company is expensive and not worth it in the long run, I will be leaving. After putting in a claim for $200 you gave me $50. This seems like a scam. I am not happy with Embrace.
