I submitted wellness visit on all 3 of my dogs. I was informed by the salesperson I could use the wellness immediately. I had my vet's office send all history and they requested as well. My vet's office has shown proof of them sending the information. I have uploaded information and after more than a month they have finally paid for 2 of my dogs. The other is still on hold for lack of records which have been submitted more than once. When you speak to a person you get the same song and dance. once we receive the records it will take 2-3 weeks to review. Or we have everything I see the records have not been reviewed yet. Then a few days an email saying they have no records. However, they are on the ball to take your money.

Dietary indiscretions and hip dysplasia, all covered
Healthy Paws has been insuring my dog since he was a puppy. While the premiums are not cheap, their coverage has seen him through a number of "dietary indiscretions" and an early diagnosis and gradual decline of hip dysplasia. They have never fought me on a claim and the assurance of knowing they are there has kept us going through all the ups and downs. Veterinary care has changed so much in my lifetime, and the costs associated with it have grown staggeringly. I've spent enough time in vet's offices to know I never want to be that person in tears, choosing between a life-saving procedure for their pet and family essentials. Consider pet insurance a necessary part of owing a pet, no different than food and toys. Buying insurance is "buying a good night's sleep." Do yourself a favor, and budget in a policy for your pet when he or she is young. You won't regret it.

Embrace Reviewed vet’s clinical notes, and from this, Embrace made a diagnosis. Then they exempted payment for any treatment of the disease that they thought my dog might have. The vet made no such diagnosis! Sham

My pup had lupus
My pup had lupus. No problems at all. Claims are easy to do. Got paid quickly with no problems. As she continues to go to the vet, it is nice to know there are no worries about me being able to afford her treatment.

Trupanion has save us $1000’s
Trupanion has save us thousands of dollars as our three mini dachshunds entered into their senior years. One had back surgery. A $12000 bill only cost me $1200. You can have Trupanion pay the vet directly to avoid paying the $12000 up front. Just let them know upfront and don’t let your plan expire or miss a monthly premium payment. We’ve had them for over 15 years now. They will cover dental procedures as long as your vet doesn’t have any dental issues in their record before coverage starts.
