What a great experience
What a great experience! I am so glad when I called Fetch, Amanda Mello Answered the phone! I had already called two other pet insurance companies and both of them answered my questions and let me off the phone they didn’t even bother asking additional questions but Amanda went the extra mile and let me know that she could quote me over the phone that it was a no problem at all. She did it in less than 15 minutes for all three of my dogs and sent me several quotes so we could find the perfect coverage for my babies, she was absolutely amazing and thorough. She even answered some tough questions I had. What an absolute delightful experience and a great way to kickoff my new relationship with Fetch. I’m so excited to be with a company whose employees truly care!!

So far not so good
So far not so good. Even though both mused AND my vet submitted medical records, ASPCA says they haven’t received anything and that they are going to cancel the claim. Log in, and it says right there, the day the records were submitted. Getting extremely frustrated… hopefully soon I can get a reply and update this review. As of right now, I’d say definitely do NOT buy ASPCA Pet Insurance.

I was quite impressed with the customer service rep. She was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I was able to submit my records and invoice very easily. I also received the direct deposit very quickly.

Sent me a reimbursement check
Sent me a reimbursement check, which I deposited. They then put a stop on that check without notifying me whatsoever (I even double checked my ASPCA account…no notification) and my bank charged me a fee because of it. Waiting for paperwork from my bank so I can submit it to ASPCA and find out why they stopped the check and demand a refund for both the check and the fee my bank took. Pretty disappointed that this happened within my first month of membership with them and with the first check they mailed out to me.

Just switched over to Figo Pet…
Just switched over to Figo Pet insurance for my 2 dogs. Filled a claim two weeks later, got a quick reply and they paid my claim within a few hours. Can't ask for more!! 5 stars.
