They make is nearly impossible...
They make is nearly impossible to be reimbursed. I'm not sure what else I can provide from my vet except detailed receipt of emergency procedure . Now they want original full check up? I don't get it. Waste of $700 (year 2). First year of having puppy was vet-free fortunately but still forked out the $750 insurance

Very very pleased with a claim I felt might seem complicated but they totally sorted it out and fully covered me per my policy. It took a while but I received an update at one point assuring me it was being handled. I would absolutely recommend Pet’s Best for anyone looking for pet insurance.

Healthy Paws helps keep my Dutchess healthy!
When we adopted Dutchess, our first dog, we knew it might be advantageous to get pet insurance. And boy, are we glad we did. Within a couple years, we found our first Mast Cell Tumor! Though scary at first, with the great vets we have and Healthy Paws supporting our claims for surgeries and medication, approx. a dozen mast cell removals, spleen removal, and a bout of pancreatitis, we still have our girl 5 years later, and praying we have her for a few more. Healthy Paws has made the claim process easy, the reimbursement process easier and I've never had to dispute a claim (but please be assured you really understand the terms of your policy!). I'd recommend Healthy Paws to anyone out there that is looking for pet insurance.
