Complete information makes all the difference!
I've had great results obtaining reimbursement when I am sure to submit the past 6 months of vet records along with invoices and claim information. It didn't go as well with the approach of "Don't have it? No worries, we will reach out to your vet." Those claims got denied most of the time. So, when you submit everything up front, and each item as its own claim, they do deliver and I'm happy to say that I've renewed the annual plan for both of my dogs.

This insurance is amazing. My bulldog has had many vet visits and I couldn’t ask for a better pet insurance. It simple to use, so customer friendly. My policy covers exactly what they told me it would. No surprises and it’s well worth the money. Sticking with them.

cost of Trupanion is too much
cost of Trupanion is too much. So switching insurance for one dog and adding my puppy as well. I get 2 for the price of 1 for pet insurance coverage
