Great insurance
We got figo pet insurance through Costco. It’s a great deal and very easy to submit claims and be reimbursed. People Health insurance should be this easy!

Quick, efficient
I had my first experience this past week. After my dog had a serious impalement and needed surgery. I submitted the receipts before I left the veterinary hospital. And I received my refund within 3 days. I had a couple questions regarding the next few appointments and how to claim them, and customer service was great and quick. I'll definitely be keeping this service.

Responds quickly
Responds quickly. Helpful, Courteous, Professional, great coverage for wellness and preventive care. Never had this type insurance, prior insurance was for emergency care or illness, so insurance cost for over 6-7 yrs with nothing covered because I was lucky my fur babies were never ill or had accidents. Nice to get some coverage for the premium I pay. I just used on wellness check, vaccines, and dental issues. All my babies are being taken care of and it consoling knowing they will be well taken care of with SPOT!!

This has been the worst experience!!
This has been the worst experience with my puppy! I specifically researched and chose Spot insurance based upon the reviews and their dental policy for my Yorkie. She was diagnosed at only 1 year old with enamel hypoplasia/hypocalcification and had to have 6 teeth extracted. Spot denied my claim as "pre-existing" because at her first 8 week old puppy check, she was shown to have teeth coming in. Not diseased teeth, just teeth starting to come. Apparently having teeth is considered to be a "pre-existing condition" to dental coverage, so don't be fooled by this scam!!
