The only thing I didn't like is that it is not easy to "speak with someone". I had a few questions... called.. got "someone" answering call that was just an answering service. Took notes and said call would be returned. It was returned the next day, while I was at work... obviously, could not take it. This can go on for a long time, if one cannot initially connect with someone when the call is made the 1st time

Every time I submit a claim with complete photos, it is always delayed because you ask for the same exact information I sent you. The last claim took two weeks, and I submitted it three times. It is always a simple prescription refill, same provider, same pharmacy.

I highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance
Fetch Pet Insurance has been very helpful with our pet's bills caused by a traumatic accident that required specialty surgical and follow-up treatments at Tuft's Hospital in Grafton Massachusetts. They are very thorough in their assessment and require the proper paperwork that sometimes caused delays and may seem frustrating, but in the end they paid our claims as agreed. I highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance for your furever friend.

Assistance with invoice and direct deposit
I was assisted by a rep for submitting one invoice and it went smoothly. The rep assisted with setting up a direct deposit for reimbursements. I was paid 2 days after submitting this invoice. At this point I am very happy with pumpkin. I will be submitting my second invoice today. Let’s see how it goes.
