Not as Advertised - Unethical Practices
I purchased pet insurance when my dog was below one year old especially when the insurance advertisements stated “locked-in premium fee”. I trusted the statement but my premium went up without any notice. Fetch charged my card without informing me why the premium had gone up, no reasons were given. Hidden and surprised charges. Very unethical.

We are so thankful we chose Pets Plus
We have had Pets Plus insurance since day 1 of owning our Rottweiler Vincent after much research and they have been nothing short of spectacular for all 3 years of his life. Customer service is so kind, friendly and helpful every time you call (and I have called a LOT). They have never made me feel as if they were looking for reasons to deny a claim, rather they seek to help and validate your claims. Of course - you need to choose the right insurance for you and abide by those rules but they are very helpful. Vincent has gone through 2 very serious TPLO surgeries, both within 8 months of each other, and both costing upwards or $5k each. Needless to say an unexpected cost of over $10k in 8 months would have been distressing for us. Each time Pets Plus was supportive, understanding, and due to the coverage we chose covered 80% of the cost and made it very easy to submit. Payment was made within the month for both claims. We would absolutely recommend this outstanding company to insure your pet. Any cost is worth it for the service you get. Thank you sincerely!

Great Experience
I wish all insurance companies were created equal. I’ve not dealt with a company that makes it so easy to submit claims and get reimbursed. It takes less than three minutes to submit a claim and within a couple of days reimbursement is in your account. the app is extremely easy to use with a ton of useful features. Very happy we chose to go with Figo

So Disappointed
I wish I could give a zero star rating. I have sent 30+ emails asking questions (yes, it was the correct email, not the one that says 'do not reply') and made 4 phone calls. I just want to know what my dog is covered for. I had to do the leg work and phone my vet to send the information to trupanion. They said they were waiting on the vet to send my dog's information, but in reality, they had never contacted my vet (this was a month and $175 payment in). So, even after me doing this work for them, they couldn't tell me what my dog was covered for. I paid over $300 for two months and no one is even returning my emails. I just cancelled today. And the person on the phone said 'I wish you had tried contacting us' - a complete joke! As I said, 30+ emails and 4 phone calls. How much more 'contact' with you do I need to make! So disappointed! I really wanted this to be a good fit for our dog.

I believe I was misled as to what this would cover. ALSO, I just had a 27% increase in my monthly premium, and do NOT know why. BUMMER!!!

It's took 26 days to process a claim…
It's took 26 days to process a claim against my Best Wellness and I still have to inquire on why they didn't pay back the $70 for heartworm and tick prevention when it clearly states its covered. Horrible timeliness for claims.

I can't get past the download because…
I can't get past the download because it won't acknowledge my e-mail address. Keeps telling me that I need to put in another. I don't have another! Very frustrating & makes me think this was a mistake. Won't let me use a chosen password either.
