The claims process with Spot is simple and the turnaround time is quick! Also, the prices for coverage cannot be beat. I researched many companies before choosing Spot and I'm glad I decided on them!

Rushing kitten to the E Vet
When your 8month old kitten has an emergency at 4am on a Sunday you only have one option- very expensive emergency room visit. Having Spot insurance meant I didn’t have to think twice about the expense. There was no stress in submitting the bill and I got my refund back quickly.

Do not use them
Do not use them. Whatever insurance provider they are using tries to classify any and all infections as pre-existing conditions if your dog even has the slightest seasonal allergies. They will also modify your paperwork when they screw up. They withheld my reimbursement for a month when they accidentally sent it to the vet instead of me. In this economy?! Not worth it. And the supervisors in customer service are super condescending.

I would give 6 stars if I could - these guys are Furkin awesome
My flying squirrel - schnauzer mix broke her leg 5 days after we got her and 3 days before I bought Furkin insurance. Furkin has been the best investment in my or my dog's life - no exaggeration. Bills for my 10lb dog topped $10k, and without insurance, we may have had to have made some difficult decisions. Claiming was straightforward and payment was swift, with great updates throughout. The only call I got from Furkin was to help me set up a different payment method so that they could pay me faster. Top notch insurer.
Surprisingly no hassle
I was worried about this insurance as it’s relatively new and cheaper. I do like the simple structure of it. Turned out I never had issue claiming insurance reimbursement so I’m quite happy about the outcome

Best insurance for pets
I can’t say enough about how great Nationwide Insurance has been. We have had the insurance since our dog was 6 months old, and we have used the instance many times. Our dog just recently had gallbladder surgery which I was very expensive. Nationwide processed the claim in two weeks. This has been our experience for years ( our dog is 9 years old).
Great pet insurance
I have a dog covered and I don’t regret! All the time I needed to take her to the vet for ear or urine infection I claimed my invoice and got the proportional amount back in very short time! I always recommend Furkin to friends!
Fetch is 100% the best of all.
Last year I purchased my first pet he was my everything and my whole world. Fetch pet insurance always went above and beyond for my baby during his medical needs. They are the sweetest and most caring employees you can ever talk to. They genuinely care!!! I lost my baby a few weeks back and fetch helped me out so I was able to get my baby cremated and back home to me. I will never forget the love and compassion they had for me. I will always cherish them and will be a life long supporter of them.
