Great Customer Service
I called Fetch today concerning veterinary visits for my cat 🐈⬛ Happy. I spoke with Samantha who was awesome with her help. She called two veterinary businesses for me to have records sent to Fetch for reimbursement of some of the bills for me. I am completely surprised and thank Fetch for their great customer service, what a fabulous company!

The ease of submissions and coverage is incomparable
It is so easy to upload receipts and documents. The website is easy to understand and if I have questions, a service agent is always readily available and I never have to wait long. The coverage has been fantastic and fair. I am reimbursed so quickly as well.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! They are not what they advertise. Submitted a claim on April 27th and it took them until May 31st to give us a decision. The claim was denied. Our puppy has no pre-existing conditions. We took him to an emergency vet appointment after his paw was accidently stepped on (the Vet said that in her note). Claim was denied because lameness of a paw (the diagnosis) was considered orthopedic and not an accident which would have resulted in them having to pay the claim.

Filed claim for preventative treatments…
Filed claim for preventative treatments and an x-ray on pet covered for years but claims seldom submitted. Submitted additional SOAP per MetLife requirement and in the end, my EOB only addressed x-ray but zero compensation. I called twice already and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend MetLife unless you just want to throw away money and deal with a company that doesn't do its job - period.

First time pet owner & first claim ever, it was so easy , self explanatory. QUICK & no issues ! I feel so much more confident as a pet parent knowing I can properly take care of my dog.

Spot was quick to respond to my claims…
Spot was quick to respond to my claims for our Dolly. However, there was a glitch and for some reason the direct deposit did not work so after about a week I was informed they would be mailing my reimbursement check. Not sure if the glitch was with my bank or Spot but a check will be fine. I will call Spot to clarify and hopefully get the problem solved. But all in all I would recommend Spot (and I already have) to my friends and family.

Easy Claim procedure Fast payment
Watson ate a palm nut/seed that lodged in his duodenum. Emergency surgery with overnight monitoring and he's 100%. Drs. Wilson and Walsh were wonderful, and Pet's Best paid $3500 of the $4500, with no deductions to any of the charges. We paid the deductible and the copay only. All around great outcome for a life threatening and very stressful event.
