No one wants additional insurance…
No one wants additional insurance expenses. My pups are cherished members of the family and need the same consideration as any member of my family. I would never want to have to make a decision on medical treatment because of unbudgeted expense. Insurance is a way to eliminate the concern with fair monthly charges.

Claims processing takes forever with…
Claims processing takes forever with absolutely no notes for the customer or even their customer service reps. Keep getting told due to high value of claims and short staffing claims are delayed. When claims are finally processed, they will look for every reason NOT to payout a claim, even with proper documentation and letter from the vet. I would drop this insurance company if I didn't have to worry about pre-existing conditions under a new policy.
