Denied Claims
I’ve been a Medlife customer for 6 years and paid extra for a periodontal rider, expecting my dog’s dental care to be covered. After scheduling his annual cleaning, I was surprised to find none of it was covered due to a “pre-existing condition” I was never clearly informed about. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication, especially after similar services were covered in the past.
