Frustrating claims process
It took me months to be able to receive payment for my claims. Every interaction that i had led me to upload paperwork that was not needed and then denied. When I spoke with agents they asked for information that was already provided and on the website. I literally had to tell the representative where to find it. I finally managed to speak with a manager that gave me correct information

Conflicting processing emails
Conflicting processing emails. One email said they couldn’t process claim after I received my direct deposit. Customer service LACKS! Spot is supposed to gather the information needed, not me requesting paperwork, procedure notes from my pets 6 years. Very disappointed.

I always enjoy speaking to the folks at Fetch. They are always super helpful and polite. Today's experience was no different. I was transferred to Aileen to add a pet to our policy. She listened to my concerns, questions and had everything wrapped up in minutes. Excellent customer service!

Had to give 1 star to post. The WORST customer service ever. Don’t waste your money. They don’t want to pay claims. They actually wanted records from a vet that had been closed from 4 years ago.

Spot is great! They are super fast at reviewing my pet bills/claims. I have never had any issue with getting my reimbursement. I also find their monthly rates very fair! I have been a Spot insurance holder for about 2 years.

Why did we not get insurance sooner
Why did we not get insurance sooner! From submitting the claim to getting paid the process was completely fast and simple. No going back and forth. Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind! I have all three of my miniature dachshunds insured with Pumpkin and could not feel better about it!

It was simple to make a claim online for my dog, Casey. I submitted all the necessary documents from her emergency surgery and within 10 days I received a $5000 automatic deposit into my bank account. No questions asked. Very easy process!
