Delay and Confuscate
This company insists on not paying for over $3k in medical bills (the total amt was over $18k.) They claim my baby's epilepsy was the reason he was hospitalized rather than the fact that he had a life-threatening infection. It happened Nov 22. They paid some, then denied the appeal for the rest Aug 23 (9 mo later.) Now I have to do a 2nd level appeal for which they are allowed another 6 mo to complete. This is appalling and unacceptable when I pay them top dollar for insurance for my pets. If you have a better insurance provider, keep them.

I've never had such a smooth experience…
I've never had such a smooth experience with an insurance company. It costs a bit more to insure my pet here, but they've covered every applicable claim without an issue. My pet is better cared for because I don't have to worry about costs, which is the point really. Highly recommend
