My little boy was admitted to E.R. I have had trupanion since since my pets were puppies. My boy is almost 4 and has never had a issue. Unfortunately he got an severe acute issue and had to spend 3 nights in the E.R. I payed the E.R. bill, which was substantial, and just as quoted in my policy, trupanion approved my claim and payed me direct deposit as stated in my policy. If you are up front and honest with trupanion they treat you well and definitely pay as promised according to your policy! I would highly recommend this company. I truly believe their policy prices are fair and worth every cent!

Difficult to use and to track items submitted. Information is too cryptic and sparse. Talking to real person too difficult. I don’t know which items need more information and which do not. I gave up and probably left a significant amount of money on the table.
