Ok so I just got this Insurance for golden doodle I’m having a hard tim under standing do we just pay the 100 co pay at vet and the Insurance pays the rest

Very happy with Healthy Paws
We are very happy with Healthy Paws. Our Border Collie has a heart murmur which requires routine cardiologist appointments and special screening for procedures that require anesthesia. He also recently had a mast cell tumor removed, and a handful of other unexpected vet visits over the years. Healthy Paws makes the claim process incredibly easy and stress free. They have also personally followed up to check on his recovery after major surgeries or other critical care visits. It's a small but meaningful gesture which makes me feel like a real person with compassion for our dog is on the other end of the insurance process.

Stereotypical insurance company stall…
Stereotypical insurance company stall and deny tactics. Will not answer phone calls with a live person no matter what day of the week or time of day you call. Zero success in reaching anyone. Stalling on claims with the statement “pending complete medical history from your vet”. My vet sent in multiple times but yet they stall, I had my vet copy me on the last email with the required documentation attached, yet they still stall. Was really hoping they were different but they are standard insurance crooks they delay, deny and give zero customer service. Complete garbage of a company. On top of all of this they had the audacity to raise my premiums today! So their expectation is they should get paid even more for poor performance and crappy service. That’s a win,win, strategy for them and a losing one for me. No thanks, policy canceled.

Happy 13 Year Customer
I’ve been with Fetch for 13 years now, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. I was able to have five additional months with my sweet baby Oscar after needing a blood transfusion because I had him covered with Fetch. Every time I’ve contacted them the people have been incredibly nice and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them to protect our beloved pets.

Easy submission and quick claims! Great staff!
I have had my two dogs insured with ManyPets for about 8 months now and the service I have received has been exceptional. I have found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. One of my dogs at just over a year old had to have FHO surgery and ManyPets has been right there. The claims process has been easy and payments are processed quickly. I am thankful for ManyPets and their wonderful staff as I don't know what I would have done without them.

Painless process and easy to do
Submitted our first real claim and the process couldn't have been easier. I already had all the required documentation and uploaded everything once we brought our dog home. The claim fulfillment process could have been a bit faster, as I had all the documents. The claim payment process was also quick and easy.
