Good Customer Service
I'm impressed that a "real" person who answers the customer service line. My experience has shown them to be friendly, caring, knowledgeable and helpful with requests and/or information. Once a claim is filed, I receive notice that has been received (which is helpful); within 7-10 days another notice is sent that claim is paid (or not and reason why) and when to expect direct deposit. The claim process/form is easy to complete on line. I am happy with Embrace Pet Insurance.

I called directly when I received no response to a mailed claim in May. The rep was very kind and helpful. He patiently explained that I could email the docs since I had made copies before I mailed the documents. I did so and am pleasantly surprised to have gotten a fast response and a reimbursement. Thank you!

Coastal Care Awesome place to take your pet. They are compassionate , caring and knowledgeable. The cardiology department definitely knows their stuff. They answer every question ....... there are no stupid questions. The Pets Plus Us insurance company for pets is definitely worth it. I had a substantially large bill. After submitting my bill to Pets Plus Us, I had my refund in less then a week. Amazing! Thank you Claudette

Pre-existing BS
I insured my 6-month-old puppy after a worry that she was allergic to her food - it turns out she wasn't. Now she is 2.5 years old (I've been paying $100+/month during this time) and has skin rashes that the vet can't clear up despite multiple different treatments. ALL of which are declined as a pre-existing condition. I hate this company so much - they act like they care and weasel out of any payment they can no matter how flimsy the excuse. Avoid at all costs, it is just throwing your money away.
