Pretty good.
Pretty good. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. I have the wellness plan, for which it reimburses you max $150 per category for a total of $600 per year. It's like an extra ~$35/mo, so $420ish a year. If they were to keep the cap at $600, I wish I can alter the percentage of that since I don't really use the dental (he's still young). Otherwise, I feel like it's not really worth the extra.

Unsatisfied experience in Nebraska
After spending $357 a month to ensure my four dogs I received notification that each dog was going to increase by at least $20 per dog per month. So I decided I was going to change insurance companies. The final straw was that I had them in for their wellness check on 5/14/24 which I have insurance for. After a $4000 vet bill for all of my dogs because I purchased all of their heartworm and flea and tick for the year for all four dogs plus I had to have a couple ancillary things done I only received reimbursement of $197.80 for one dog $347.82 for the next dog and for the two youngest that are only one year I only received $237. After calling and speaking with someone in claims on 6/14/24 I was given a lot of excuses no satisfaction. This I believe is because they have a new underwriter for the company and they don’t want to reimburse the way they used to. That’s a shame Spot insurance used to be one of the good ones.

Mistake on medical review has left me in debt
I truly hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this experience should be stated so others don’t go through what I did. I got a medical review done for my dog to identify preexisting conditions as I wanted to get a dental procedure done but knew I would not be able to handle the bill on my own. They mentioned a few knee problems as preexisting conditions and nothing else so I felt confident I would have their financial support. Over a month later, they saddled me with the entirety of a 2.2k bill saying that periodontal disease was a preexisting condition. I tried to get the claim appealed since it wasn’t mentioned in his medical review and all they said was “sorry it should have been included.” Now i’m left with a huge bill that i’m not sure how i’ll pay for. I felt completely abandoned and no accountability was taken for their mistake

A Well Deserved Note of Appreciation
I called Fetch to get help with submitting claims. The most wonderful, supportive, and kind person answered my call. I told her I was 85 years old and we had just lost our four year old dog to brain cancer. I did not know how to attach the invoices and medical records. She listened and responded that I was not to worry. She took the name of the veterinary clinics that took care of our furry friend and said she would call them and get the information for me. She did exactly what she said she would do and even more. She sent me emails updating me on what she had done. It was such a relief to have her help. She is a real gem and such a wonderful representative for your company. I will recommend your company to everyone.

Terms and conditions Thiefs
Fetch is the definition of a corporal business hidden behind their terms and conditions to take advantage of their customers that are coming to them in need of help for their pets. they hide in hidden walls of conditions that are not presented up front and that by the time customers notice, they realized they just spent many months of paying for their loving pets for nothing!, all that money that went into fetch pockets could of been used for their pets but instead they take it from us and guard themselves with their legal tricks. I find unbelievable that nowhere in their front page is advertised that unless your pet has had a check up done in 6 months then nothing will be covered, in fact to find this information you have to enter the pre existing conditions window (which also doesn't mention a thing) and then under the questions, in one of the questions (that I have to open up to find the info) it's the only time that's mentioned. It is completely understandable that that would be a condition needed to be met for the insurance to work but You as a company should not be able to take money from anyone until the prerequisites are met and those prerequisites have to be advertised right in front!! the very first step for your insurance to work is to get this check done which doesn't show up anywhere easy to find, and until thats done you wont cover a thing!! so why would you take your customers money knowing you wont help them?? because youre thiefs abusing the legal system to fill up your pockets on your customers behalf!!!. On our case our pets had no pre existing conditions, 0, we checked your pre existing conditions window and nothing applied to them, they have had checks done in the past (a year before) and they had no health conditions or whatsoever. we went to your insurance company because we wanted to give them the best care and coverage and were very happy to do so until 6 months later one of our pets ingested a foreign object and were told he would not cover for anything as they hadn't been tested 6 months prior to the policy start!!! you stole our money and abused the legal system for your own benefit and greed, we paid 6 months for nothing, absolutely nothing!! and you know about this, and I'm sure a big percentage of your earnings as a company is based on this exploration of misguidance!! just absolutely disgusting!! we could totally have used that money to help our pet be healthy and instead it very well looks that we just threw it into a fire. You say you stand for our pets health and wellbeing but the truth is the only wellbeing you care for is your wallet. Thanks for robbing us our hard earned money! DISGUSTING!!!
