It was easy and convenient. Everything was self explanatory and step by step. They say it takes 2 weeks, but it wasn't near that long. All my friends are wanting this insurance now too.

I have never had pet insurance before…
I have never had pet insurance before because I worked for a veterinarian and I decided to try spot. My dog met his $500 deductible quicker than I had hoped and then needed to have a mass removed from his toe and crypto orchid. Neuter was reimbursed $373 which covered the cost of the for the very rapidly hasslefree definitely recommend.

Bogus claim denile
My dog had to spend 48 hours in an emergency vet due to eating a lot of carprofen (a pain killer) my claim was denied due to a pre-existing condition, a luxating patella (which is asymptomatic) they are saying that if he didn't have this luxating patella he wouldn't have had access to the medication. The shear fact that they are trying to deny the claim for a vet visit that saved his life where they were treating his kidneys, liver and stomach was denied because of an asymptomatic knee cap. The fact they are an insurance company trying their best not to provide the service that I paid for is unethical and they are grasping at strings to try and avoid paying out for his stay

Worst pet insurance company
They refused to pay all your claims and find all the excuses to reject. Even with my policy clearly state wellness visit paid $20, but the company will find all excuses not paying. Last year my dog had a surgery, they refused all the claims. Ridiculous! Why do I pay health insurance to cover nothing?

A few minutes on hold to reach a representative during lunch time, not bad considering the hour, and then as soon as she picked up she resolved my request to update my new kitten’s name in seconds, very helpful and polite.

Will Not Recognize Uploaded Documents for Claim Review
I have been trying for months for them to properly review my claim. I have all records uploaded on my account but they keep stating that I need to upload records. I have informed them multiple times via email that those are all the records for the time period they requested, I even took a screenshot of the downloaded file shown directly in the app where the record is uploaded AND attached the document in an email. To me, this seems like they do not wish to pay the over $1,800 bill. They have all of the information but are refusing to acknowledge it and refusing to believe me when I say those are the only records for the time they requested. STAY AWAY! They don't even list a phone number to try and contact them regarding these matters.
