A Company That Genuinely Cares
Unfortunately, my dog needed to have surgery, recently. I called Healthy Paws ahead of time, and a representative kindly assured me that she didn’t see any problems with the expected claim. She sensed my worry and wished us luck with the surgery. All went well, and I filed the claim on Friday online. By Monday, it was approved, and a day later, the reimbursement was completed. On top of that, they sent a separate caring email asking about my pet's recovery, sending her a hug, wishing her well, and providing contact information should we need anything. Whether that was personally written or autogenerated, a company that prioritizes this gesture is miles ahead of the rest!

So easy and loving the peace of mind! So far I've put in one claim for Fetch Wellness and it was super easy. It was approved and money was reimbursed within a couple days. For the accidental insurance stuff, I was unclear about how to access the telehealth vet visits but I received an email about it today so I'm crystal clear on that now and ready to roll if the need emerges. Insurance can be very intimidating but this is the most clear and transparent experience I've had. I hope insurance companies for humans are taking note! :P
