Customer service and adjusters are professional, prompt and helpful. I have had this company for both of our pets since January 2024. Out of all of the claims I have submitted, I’ve only been disappointed and disagreed with one claim that was denied. I would highly recommend this pet insurance company.

Excellent live chat experience
I was provided with excellent service from the live chat customer service staff. I had a couple of questions regarding payment and deductibles, both questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Reimbursement Issues
The reimbursement at 90% isn't as much as Spot Pet Insurance proclaimed. I'm paying for the Gold status and Spot didn't want to reimburse me for what was covered. I had to resubmit the claim, for a 2nd time, and only got some money back.
