Met Life poor claims processing
I rarely submit a claim... but when I do... I expect it to be processed and communicated efficiently, if they need any additional info. Over 12 days and no communication. Had to sign in to see they are asking for exact invoice I sent them in the very first claim submission. Submitted an email through contact and no reply. Premiums and any billing are super punctual in contrary. I'd think twice about relying on Metlife to care about you, your pet, or any concern you have.

So Glad I Bought Insurance from Embrace
When my puppy Winston was about 3 months old, I decided he needed insurance just in case. I really didn't think he would use it for many years, but when he was just a year old he developed a cataract and became blind in his left eye.
