Great pet insurance!
Healthy Paws made it possible to get my dog the care she needed without having to think twice, and they even followed up after our emergency to see how she was recovering. They care about pets and customers and filing a claim is very clear and easy. We highly recommend!

If I could give less stars I would! I'm disgusted with the way customer service handles these cases. They also try to remove every possible coverage so you don't actually get reimbursement for the procedures. FIND A BETTER INSURANCE COMPANY!

Rep was very helpful and explained the options clearly. Unfortunately my husband was not home so when the rep said choose now and you cannot decrease your deductible once you have chosen, I chose the $750 option for NV. My husband was not happy with that choice and now I can't change my deductible to $500. Not very friendly, but I had to sign up within 24 hours of picking up our puppy so I had not other option timewise.
