Peace of Mind and Good Options
Our beloved Boxer had been covered by Trupanion for several years when we learned that she had cancer. We were devastated by the diagnosis, but supported in being able to focus only on her care and comfort. Treatment was $$$$$, far more than we could have afforded out-of-pocket. Trupanion processed all claims quickly and easily. Reimbursement matched the policy terms. I wish my own health insurance was as affordable and easy to deal with.

An absolute ripoff albeit a scam of a company
I bought comprehensive pet insurance for my 2 golden retrievers (6 yrs & 3 yrs). Low deductible/90% reimbursement/$10K reimbursement. I filed my first claim for an outer ear infection. My golden had a prior inner ear infection but never anything on the outer ear. I waited over 6 weeks for a reply and then got the lame denial stating it was environmental allergies. Not a dime of the nearly $400 bill counted towards my deductible or anything. They said I could appeal which takes at least 45 days to get back. My first claim as a new customer and this is how I am treated. Forget it!! A rip off. $510 in premiums down the drain. What a scam ripoff of a company. No wonder their reviews are so bad. I should've done more research before donating my money to the deep pockets of MetLife and their CEO. I hope you all can sleep at night.

Terrible. They would not reimburse me for any claims I put in and also over charged me 2 months in a row and would not reimburse me. Go with Fetch pet insurance. Much better!
