I am so happy we went with spot! The claim process is so easy and you can really customize your plan to what fits for you and your pet! We’ve already saved so much with spot and I’m extremely thankful to them!

They seem to excel at denying claims
I found during my roughly 1 year with Embrace that its claims people consistently go the extra mile to deny claims. With little or no money on the line (within the deductible), they take a sweeping view of what's a preexisting condition. (Because there had been what may have been an allergic itch on a toe, many months later they stated that an infected cut on the face was due to a preexisting skin condition). Tells me all I needed to know about their apparent approach to the business. One good thing: woman I spoke to to cancel the policy was great, didn't try to delay or dissuade me.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!!
Our pup had a cluster seizure event and we had to rush him to the emergency vet. After a 3 and a half day stay for him to recover and get back on his feet (kind of, his back half is still lagging behind) we submitted our two claims for his vet bills. Embrace had processed one claim the same day and the other (much larger one) within 5 days. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful through the process for us. When we were worried about our pup getting better, it was incredibly helpful to also not have to worry about a long and drawn out claims process. 5-Star service and experience.

I could not be more satisfied with the service. My 7 month old puppy needed an emergency veterinary hospital visit. Thankfully the puppy is doing well but the bill was extremely high. I had a few questions regarding processing the claim The representative was very helpful and made filling the claim exceptionally easy One week after the emergency visit the reimbursement was deposited in my account. I’ve not had pet insurance in the past so I did some research before making the final decision to go with Spot I reviewed five companies and I am confident I made the best decision after this experience. I am glad I made the decision to get pet insurance and highly recommend Spot .

Typical insurance company....
My dog was diagnosed with cancer with referral from my vet to get a sonogram to confirm. He stayed over night. We had to put him down. Total cost to me approx $5000. Pets Best cough up $140. Disgusting. Worthless having them. Put a regular dollar amount in a savings account for a rainy day and you would be better off.

Despite their advertisement
Despite their advertisement, they will not cover your pet's medical issues. I had to file a formal complaint with the Department of Insurance in order to obtain reimbursement.
