10/10 best pet insurance I’ve ever had
I’ve have insurance with ManyPets for over 2 years now. The customer service is exceptional. You always get a real person on the phone within 1 minute and the operators are so kind, caring, and understanding. The prices are fair in my opinion and making claims is a breeze.

Great insurance
This is the first time I got pet insurance for one of my animals. I did my research and settled on Healthy Paws. I am glad I had this in place. My dog got sick on a weekend and we had to go into an emergency vet. She ended up having to stay for 24 hours. The cost was very high and without insurance I am not sure what I would have done. I was able to submit everything and with in 4 days of her visit I received a reimbursement. It was so easy to send in a claim and it is nice to have that peace of mind that I can do everything possible for my pet and not let a financial burden determine a decision like that. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

Called in for an update on my banking…
Called in for an update on my banking information and not even 15 mins later received an email stating my premium went from $89 to $107 . I called them asking about this why you increased just for an update they LIED and claimed they sent me an email on Jun 13th then when I said you lied they said Jun17th. Again lied to me because I said I was looking at all my emails for those dates and nothing but how coincidental that at 1:32 pm 15 mins later I received a notice of increase . A complete joke !!! Deceitful company.
