I attempted to turn in a claim for…09/03/23
I attempted to turn in a claim for 09/03/23 and was unable to complete the form. I called and spoke to Hilda who said the insurance didn't go into effect until 09/03. I sent her a copy of the letter I received stating the insurance was in effect 09/01/23 I heard nothing back for a week and called again Friday. Hilda was out and I spoke to another lady who left me a message Hilda would be in touch with me this week. It's now Tuesday and I've not heard any thing.

A no brainer!
The initial processes was easy. I wish I had gotten it before my first visit. But it has already given me 70% return on my second visit( office call and the second vaccine booster. This makes me happy

Insurance worth having . . . . .
I have Spot Pet Insurance, and I’m happy I do. I have a French Bulldog who had an issue with his eye. It was involved and went on for a while. I submitted my claims to Spot, and my claims were attended to in a timely manner, and I’m happy with the outcome. Thank you Spot.
