Hasn’t been good at all
Hasn’t been good at all. Exhausted from all the phone calls regarding my claims with no response and every once in a while He seems the only thing I get is an email the states that if you don’t get more information on a claim you’re going close it in five That I what’s under the impression I already spoken to somebody and thought the issue was resolved. I don’t know how many times and they’ve told me that you had all the information you need and it just goes on and on. I have a lot more documentation of all the people that are spoken to, but it’s pointless to continuous message. Next Saturday, you guys guys next weekend Wish I had stayed with Healthy Paws.

Bummed at coverage
Unfortunately, I was forced to switch to Pet’s Best after the old insurance I had for 7+ years kept rising. As soon as I did, my poor dog started to have issues and Pet’s Best found every reason not to cover things. Where I was trying to save $, Pet’s Best has cost me more.

Took a while but problem was resolved.
I had some trouble logging into the mobile app. I called customer service and was told to try from my computer. I did but still a problem. I was trying to reset my password because biometrics had expired. I wasn’t getting the authentication number at all. A notification said you were having technical difficulties so I waited a couple days and everything was working. Annoying but resolved.

MetPet is better than my healthcare plan. Our cat has a heart issue and requires many follow up visits. MetPet makes filing claims simple and efficient! Claims are paid out very quickly through Zelle at 90% reimbursement. Amazing pet plan!!!!!
