They were very helpful and patient and explained everything very well. They did talk a little too fast and kind of overwhelmed me with all the information at once, but were still helpful!

Thanks Trupanion!!
We have had Trupanion for our dog since we brought her home at 8 weeks old. She is now 18 months. She had an issue that started last year with elevated liver enzymes requiring follow up lab work, ultrasound and gallbladder removal surgery. I am so thankful we had Trupanion. In total our bills were over $6,000. Trupanion paid directly to our vet and surgeon within minutes of their offices submitting the claims and I just had to cover a small fraction of those bills. I did not have to wait for reimbursement on anything. It relieved so much worry and thankfully my girl is better now!

Great Experience With Spot
I changed to Spot Pet Insurance several months ago. I looked at every company I could find before making the decision. I am very glad I chose Spot. Unfortunately, my two-year-old pup was diagnosed with a mast cell cancer. Because of the coverage he had through Spot he was able to receive great care and is on the road to recovery. Spot reviewed the claim and paid very quickly. I highly recommend Spot.

Talked to 2 different people couldn't open mobile app with password tried to reset they were puzzled as well. They tried their best.

I feel like I've been scammed
I feel like I've been scammed. I was specifically told by the rep who signed me up that Fetch isn't like other insurances and won't quibble about covering the issues once the pet is out of the waiting period. Now I'm being denied because my dog is exhibiting the most common issue again but because there was a different instance of it during the waiting period it will never be covered? They're dogs, Vomiting and diarrhea is par for the course. What the hell am I going to have covered?

Pricing
The product and service is good. But the rates have gone up every year for 4 years, with this year showing a 53 percent increase in my monthly payment. I so far have never needed to use the insurance as i have a healthy dog, their prices are out of control and show no signs of relief, they don't even offer a multi pet discount for someone who now has 2 dogs on the program. Disgusting
