ManyPets Does It Best
When we think of insurance companies we usually think of organizations to find every opportunity to not pay. ManyPets goes against the grain. Our dog has had a couple vet visits ranging in costs, ManyPets has always been detailed, upfront, and fair about what they cover and what they don’t. Their customer service are very nice and knowledgeable people. Both interactions I’ve had this year have really impressed me. I even had a wonderful conversation with one representative about her profile picture which happened to be her dog.

Do not recommend
I have had trupanion insurance for numerous pets over the past 10 or so years. My puppy died traumatically and I wrongly assumed that they would prorate my refund to the date of his passing as I never used the insurance benefits. Unfortunately their “call when you’re ready” statement actually just means wait to call so that we can keep charging you and refuse a refund. I honestly thought the charges I saw monthly were for another dog and wasn’t ready to address it. We recently added another puppy to the family after months and when I went to insure her I noticed Max’s policy was active. I have insured countless horses with much more valuable policies and have never been expected to prove why I am cancelling (usually a sale) if I never used the policy. I will not give them any more of my business nor will I ever recommend them to a friend again.

Pre-Existing Condition? Nope, not us!
We had a new puppy and he went in for stitches because he stepped on glass. Embrace requested medical records from the hospital and they were submitted, but then the claim was denied for a pre-existing condition. How is stepping on glass and needing stitches a pre-existing condition? There was a second incident that was also a freak accident that Embrace deemed pre-existing. I work in a "people hospital" so I do understand what pre-existing means - what this puppy did, did NOT qualify for pre-existing. He was a puppy and just had some happy feet. We never received reimbursement after sending notes and making calls. I am very disappointed and will not refer anyone to use Embrace. I actually canceled the policy last week.

Nice and friendly
I like the friendly people and how they explained everything so good . I didn’t like how I was chatting with someone and something came up and said your time has expired. So I had to wait in line to chat with another people. Then it happened again . But they had my number and called me back or I would have had to start over again

UNBELIEVABLE AND IM SKEPTICAL.
Easy to use, friendly customer service reps, affordable and wow! They covered 75% of a recent visit to pet vet through Tractor Supply!!! Thank You Spot PET Insurance. I feel so much better knowing I can take care of my pet(my baby) if funds are low from paying vets ...., they pay back quick!!!!
