My dog recently had major surgery and is now doing great. I was delighted by how easy it was to submit a claim to ASPCA Pet Health Insurance and how quickly they reimbursed me. The funds were directly deposited into my bank account before my credit card payment was even due. They are a pleasure to deal with!

One claim and rate skyrocketed
I submitted one claim for approximately 1800 when my dog broke her foot. We had been a client for five years with zero other claims. My monthly rate went from approximately $41 to $60 in one month. Their excuse was they had her breed wrong, she’s a mix and they had her as a Labradoodle and when they changed her to a mixed breed, they said that was the cause of rate skyrocketing. When I questioned it, they went radio silent on me. I’m filing a claim with the state of California insurance commission. I would suggest you avoid this company.
