Great pet insurance. Our dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog and he sustained some injury to his chest. Our pet insurance covered a portion of the vet bills, less the deductible.

Fetch Sucks
First of all, My fur baby name is Phoenix and the dumb b$#ch got it wrong! That's how much they care about yr fur baby! Secondly Phoenix was born with parvo and when I adopted him , they threw this pet insurance at us! I was so excited with adopting him and the lady never explained that it was going to take 15 days for the insurance to kick in ! Now it has been since July 3 and the fetch insurance denied my claim , considering that Phoenix had parvo and thank God next month is the last of his puppy shots!

Submission of Multiple Claims
First off, I want to say thank you Figo for the speedy turnaround with our submitted claims. We had an emergency issue, a routine vaccinations/tests and a need for a vet visit for tummy issues. All toll, we had a good amount of fees. Our payment from Figo was more than half, always a fee or two not covered, but we are pleased with what we got back. I chose to have coverage for our pup because they can easily get into so many things, the outcome could be over the top for us. At this time it is worth the monthly fee.

Terrible service
I called to have them review my recent claim. They stated because my cat had a pre-existing condition her yearly check-up wasn’t covered by wellness rewards. Ummm.. yes it is. The rep said she would send it to an adjuster. She never did. Terrible service.

First claim on my new pup and what an…
First claim on my new pup and what an absolute pain in the …. I even went to both vets and got the requested SOAP notes and uploaded myself. Then my claim was denied before the claims department even read the attachments! Then I had to argue that the notes were uploaded and all I heard was our system blah blah blah… eventually after I spoke to the adjuster after numerous calls the claim was reviewed appropriately and approved. I should never have to fight this hard when u did exactly what you asked.
