Don't waste your money and tome like I did. I'm canceling my policy with them. They never covered anything and always had an excuse why. I could have saved more by not having them.

Not fast and not paid in full
The vet faxed records but my claim was not paid in full because they claim to have not received the records. I am going to get the records and try again but it has not been as easy as it was advertised nor as fast.

Pet Insurance is a MUST have!
I've found the process of using Spot Pet Insurance to be straightforward and efficient. I recently got two new kittens who are both healthy. However, when one of them decided to eat a hair tie, it led to two emergency vet visits and an endoscopy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Spot processed my claim. I'm truly grateful to have this coverage!

That I got a payment plan set up. My Embrace wouldn't let me process it on the website. This "try the website first", when you call is frustrating because I call only after I try to do it myself on the website.
