I have a dog with no issues
I have a dog with no issues. I have never received money from the $500 deductible! Her insurance started out around $400 as a puppy now it is almost $800. It’s BS! I go through USAA and thank god for the discount!

If I could do 0 stars I would
If I could do 0 stars I would. My dog is a 11 year old healthy MN chihuahua. They charged me $70 a month with a $1000 deductible and after 1 year of zero claims they increased the charge to $110/month. My dog was perfectly healthy the whole time but because he had a small skin tag on his wrist they informed me they wouldn’t cover if he ever got cancer and his ALT ONE TIME was elevated by 0.1 point which neither of his doctors were worried about but therefore they wouldn’t cover any liver issues even though it was back in the normal range when I checked it less than 3 months later. You’re better off saving $200 a month than paying Thais company. And that is coming from a certified veterinary technician who also should’ve gotten a discount for working in the field but didn’t.

Best Pet Insurance & Customer Service
As usual, Embrace comes through for me for my best little pal’s health. We’ve been with Embrace for about 3 years and it is true that the health decisions are easy because of the coverage I selected ($200 deductible, 90% reimbursement & wellness) & the speedy process. I’m “5 Star” happy. Some folks are upset about long waits on the phone…o one that a BIG issue has been due to weather conditions in some areas that have caused delays for a few weeks. But be patient as yesterday the wait was a LOT shorter. 👍🏻😊🐾 Added—reimbursement came within 14 days. I ❤️my Embrace!!

Worth it entirely
Pet insurance was new to me given I got my boys when I was just 18 years old. (They're about to be 9 now) But when I got the new kitten (3 months) it was a must. I paid 40$ for her because she needed a good plan since her age and because one of her parents was a stray. But Spot made it easy and covered everything they said. My hubbie and I are very happy and will definitely be adding my boys in these upcoming weeks.

We have had Embrace for our rescue pup…
We have had Embrace for our rescue pup Gizmo since we got her back in January 2024. I searched around through all of the different companies but finally decided on Embrace because they offered awesome benefits for our furball, bonus it was offered through our personal insurance company (GEICO). I love that they offer an app, it makes it easy to upload documents & contact them if needed. Their customer service is amazing too, I had a slight blip after switching over my payment card & contacted them immediately. They fixed the issue right away & were super helpful all around. Best insurance company & I highly recommend!!
