Hello! My spouse and I were researching pet insurance and decided to make our first call to a company, which happened to be Fetch. It is out of our norm to make a decision without making several calls to inquire on all of our options. After speaking with Amanda, we felt confident enough to avoid the efforts of further persuing additional research. Amanda is passionate, knowledgable, client focused, service oriented, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We hope that this feed back reaches her from the top down, as recognition is, without a doubt, well deserved. She is evidently nothing shy of a good human being, and she has helped us to be good to our fur family. We are so grateful for that connection.

Amazing first phone call experience
I am super excited to write this review for Amanda! I’m a first time cat owner with 4 kittens and had trouble picking the best insurance company for them. Amanda was extremely helpful over the phone, answering all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was well informed with every choice that I made. This included the wellness plans, deductibles, and any additional questions I had such as upcoming vet visits and their claims procedure! Amanda was also super personable and knowledgeable about every aspect of how Fetch works and compared it with other insurance companies. She knew where my questions were coming from and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. She also made the sign up process super easy with all 4 kittens! I’m super satisfied with enrolling my kittens with Fetch thanks to the phone call with Amanda!

Spot Pet Insurance, Honest and Reliable
Spot Pet Insurance is honest and reliable. I appreciate that there were no hidden exclusions or carve outs in my policy. I have all three of my pets covered and all three fell ill to various illnesses within the same month. I filed claims for all the vet visits and was reimbursed as expected, in accordance to my understanding of my policies with no questions asked, and no hassle. I recommend Spot Pet Insurance to anyone with a pet.

Steffi was so kind & helpful! I've had dogs all of my life and we've just rescued a new puppy to add to our brood. I knew I had to get Pet Health Insurance for her as I know, from 1st hand experience, just how expensive proper pet care can get. I have been doing my due diligence and comparing just about every pet insurance company out there and found Prudent Pet to be the best as far as rates & coverages go. Reimbursement payments taking long.
Over all my experiences have been very good. I have had my dogs insured with Embrace since almost the beginning of this company, well over 15 years. Service and claims where paid immediately. Claims are taking a lot longer now to receive reimbursement. In this computer, electronic era, it should not take over two weeks to be reimbursed.

Our request to cancel our policy was…
Our request to cancel our policy was handled by a gentleman in sales. I had requested cancellation 7/24/24 and received no response from the email. Finally, connected up with Wes. Wes was professional, knowledgeable and assured me/us our refund would be honored on the requested date. We have NOT received our money back nor had our refund placed on our account used to pay up front, the FULL YEAR amount, however.
