Making a claim made simple!
The Insurance is straight forward and making a claim is easy. Just upload the invoice and send it in. The layout of the website is so easy and simple to navigate, I have just just taken on the insurance for my little Dachshund and so far really good. Fingers crossed !!

Embrace did pay my claim
Embrace did pay my claim. I would have appreciated a smoother journey to it… way faster processing, no duplication of effort on my providers parts, no interminable waits on hold to get info, accurate and current info on their website. ONCE ALL THAT WAS IVER THEY PAID THE CLAIM.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My kids have been paying for our dog for over 2 years. We had an emergency vet visit, and my daughter spent 2 months jumping through hoops trying to get our claim paid to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ALL THEY DO IS DENY, DENY, DENY.

They cited vomiting as a preexisting condition pulled from my 7-month old puppy’s medical history and denied all claims submitted Vomiting is a symptom not a diagnosis. Vomiting may be one symptom of many, many, many, different conditions, or no pathological condition at all, and is very common in puppies. Calling vomiting a preexisting condition is absurd and an obvious excuse to deny all claims. This insurance company is a SCAM, out to collect money from patients, underpay providers and not cover any actual medical treatment!!!!!

Still waiting almost later.....
Submitted claim sickness claim for one year old cat 7-9-24 complete with all three records from our vet. Was told they never received information. Kept re sending and so did our vet. FINALLY got a live person -Zena -7-29-24, says need more records ....the cat is one year old....stalling. do not keep you updated either but they are extremely prompt taking monthly payment from my account. Plan to cancel this ASAP.
