Great service and they cover flea/worm meds!!
Phone explanations have been very clear. Currently, they show both actual denials and included in deductible as "denied". They are working to change that, which will likely reduce need to call.

Fantastic Insurance

No customer service number
I dislike that there is no customer service number and that the responses take so long to get back to me. My dog did get pre approved for surgery but with the caveat that the approval could change upon receipt submission. This is not very comforting knowing my dog needs the surgery and I really need the assistance with payment. I do like that the payments are direct deposits.
