I have been with Embrace for 5 years…
I have been with Embrace for 5 years and never used my insurance until recently. My little dog became very sick and had to be admitted to the vet hospital. I admit I didn't know how my insurance would work, especially as the bill was in the thousands of dollars. I can tell you today that Embrace just sent me all the money I spent minus my deductible and co-pay. My dog will need to have more care in his recovery and I don't have to stress about finances and I can focus on helping him recover.

It took 4 weeks from the time the vet records were submitted to being reimbursed. Unacceptable. Update - It still took 4 weeks from the date the vet submitted the medical records and not 10-15 days.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Took 23 days to process a simple well care visit with one medical issue (anal glands and antibiotic). Then 3 additional days for payment direct deposit. I know that veterans get same day claims services and payment. No complaint there but 4 weeks is ridiculous.
