Claim time
Waiting 3-6 weeks on a claim is un exceptional, you are going thru some computer change and your excuarent adding up I have 2 dogs and I have 1. Kai. Submitted and paid in 24 hours and another dog claim take 4-6 weeks on the the same issue and same bills , this bios by your system slicking and choosing what gets paid . I have been a customer for 5,5 years in the past 3 months this is been going on. No one in your customer service cares all they say is sorry we have a lot of claims which mean you have more business so you have more in I e so you need to hire more employees or computer robots that filter the claims faster cause it can be paid in 24 hours as I have proof.

Amazing company
About 13 years ago I had a horrible experience with a different pet insurance company. I was hesitant to get another dog and try another insurance company. Healthy paws has been amazing. Remit payment fast, reach out to ask how my dog is doing, excellent coverage plans. I’ve been able to get both dogs top tier care with this company, every step of the way. I am so grateful for them and recommend them to everyone! Additionally, in the last 6.5 years, their price increases have not been insane and for that I’m very grateful.
