Excellent customer service and support
Excellent customer service and support, sometimes walking me through dozens of line items on a claim payment I didn’t understand, PetsBest had it right. Also staff are well trained and are great communicators anytime I contact Customer Service, I never got a wrong or outrageously complex solution to problems.

Good insurance
I’ve had good experiences with MetLife Pet ins. It’s easy to submit a claim and I always hear back within a few days. Their price is good also compared to what I was paying with a different company
Don't waste your time - save your money
Don't waste your time. Save your money and use it for your pet's needs. Remember when self checkout, ATM's, pumping your own gas, etc was going to save us tons of money? Me either! Same here. First claim they wanted everything but a video of my dogs birth. That plus the outrageous copay of $115.00! My medical copay is $10. I left work after 38 years of excellence, but I left on disability after my 3rd back surgery. LTD insurance treats you like a criminal. This is SO FAMILLIAR. Pass it by.

Very pleased with Metlife claim processing
They do require quite a bit of paperwork from the vet, but it was worth it to me in the processing of paperwork for a back problem my Dachshund, Wally, had which lasted almost a month - but he is now all well, thanks to meds and advice from my vet. My policy has a zero deductible with a 90% reimbursement if the claim is approved. Wally's claim WAS approved, and I received 90% of what all I paid to my vet. It appeared in my on line bank statement this morning, so I would recommend Metlife.
Easy to submit a claim
Easy to submit a claim. Friendly document upload system. Thank you.

Complete rip off…shop for pet insurance elsewhere
This is the worse pet insurance you could possibly purchase! Absolutely do not purchase this for your pet as they make it super difficult to file a claim and they deny most of them. It is a total rip off and they just take your money. They will have a few good reviews as they do pay out a small percentage but it’s like a Ponzi scheme as others pay the price for a few pay outs they do make. Our claims were denied and the second claim for our dog accidentally injured her right ccl chasing a puppy and they denied our claim as an accident. Again, shop around and stay clear of ASPCA as it’s NOT what they advertise.

Our overall experience with Embrace has…
Our overall experience with Embrace has been great up until I received the following email which left us wondering what if any coverage we have going forward. Alfie is a very healthy little dog and has virtually no issues outside of the Foxtail he picked up in his foot. If we can't get clarification soon, we will sadly have to seek out another provider. "Even though Alfie has some pre-existing conditions, your policy is still going to provide you with great range of coverage for the unexpected problems that Alfie might face. If you feel I am incorrect in my assessment, please have your veterinarian send in a letter clarifying the situation and I will be happy to reassess this information at that time.
