I’ve had an awesome experience. The agent was very helpful an instrumental in assisting me chose the right plan, which I had previously prefilled the application out prior to calling. She confirmed that my choices were good and would fit what I could afford and give me just enough coverage.

Very Happy with Spot Insurance
We are so glad that we got Spot pet insurance for our newly adopted shelter cat. A couple of months after we adopted him, our vet identified some issues that would have been costly for us to manage. The insurance plan worked like a charm. Claims were easy to file online and were processed quickly. We are very grateful, and our boy is doing great!

Embrace saved our Doodle!
Embrace saved our Doodle! Our doodle recently started acting different and had severe upset stomach and vomiting on a Sunday. Being overly cautious we called the emergency vet, only to find out our sweet girl had a Color torsion and was on the verge of dying. We rushed her to emergency surgery without hesitation due to having insurance through Embrace! Following the costly procedure- Embrace covered the entire amount aside from our deductible. We are so grateful to Embrace and our animal hospital for saving our Doodle!

Good insurance, but high rate increases
Was a great insurance, but once by dog turned 4 the rates went up by 50%.. I just cannot afford anymore.
