I have recently submitted claims for my dog.
I have recently submitted claims for my dog's emergency room treatment and follow-up appointments with an internist. I found that the process to submit the claim was very easy to do online. I was able to track the progress on the claim as well as receiving emails letting me know when the claim was processed. It all went smoothly and didn't take long at all. I received a check in the mail reimbursing me for 90% of the costs of the treatment. There is an option for direct deposit if you want to do that.

Terrible, bait and costly switch
Do not get this insurance. They may start out reasonable but the second you have an issue they increase your deductible and policy costs by 3-10x the current amount. I have a 4 yr old dog, never even reached my $300 deductible. The renewal is $3000 deductible and $1100 annually. If you end up with a preexisting condition you can no longer be insured anywhere for that issue. They are not pet friendly they are board greedy. Move on to others.
