Do not use Healthy Paws
They continuously increase your premium. They do not work to communicate with your vet for any claim. I’m convinced they troll all of the review sites and get their bad reviews taken down. Look at Reddit if you want honest opinions from previous customers.

Embrace has been phenominal!
Embrace has been phenominal! My Pyrenees mix has had multiple issues over the last several years, and Embrace has helped make it possible to get the surgeries and treatments he's needed to help keep him mobile. Their claim submission process is easy, their claims processing time is usually pretty fast, and their customer service is top notch! Thank you, Embrace!

So far so good for the 1st claim
So far so good for the 1st claim. The claiming process instruction is a bit lacking as my vet does not shown up in the drop down option and I have to call the support hotline to figure out how to create the claim (need to select unknown vet). It took a bit longer since it is the 1st claim after i purchase the insurance as it need to complete the initial medical history evaluation process first. But after that medical history details was provided by my vet, the claim being processed within 7 business days. I am happy so far.
